After studying food science at the University of Delhi, she spent three years staging at restaurants across Bangkok, Beirut, and Istanbul before settling in London. Her approach is rooted in building layers of flavour — blooming spices in hot oil, balancing heat with acid, and knowing when to let a curry just simmer. At pragma.kitchen she handles anything with a kick: curries, stir-fries, Middle Eastern stews, and the kind of street-food recipes that read simple but demand technique. She's a firm believer that every home cook should own a mortar and pestle.
