After a career in tech she pivoted to food writing when she realised she spent more time optimising her grocery list than her code. She writes with the home cook's constraints in mind: a 30-minute time limit, a standard grocery store, and one kid asking "what's for dinner?" on repeat. At pragma.kitchen she develops weeknight dinners, sheet-pan meals, one-pot wonders, and the kind of healthy-but-actually-good recipes that don't require chia seeds or a spiraliser. Her secret weapon is the freezer — she batch-preps sauces, marinades, and doughs every Sunday so weeknight cooking is mostly assembly.
