Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Green onions, sliced

Instructions

    Preheat broiler or oven to 200°C (400°F).

    Whisk miso, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and sesame oil in a small bowl.

    Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet.
