- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp oil or melted butter
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips

Mix dry ingredients in a microwave-safe mug.
