Crockpot BBQ Top Round Roast

Ingredients
- 3-4 lb top round roast
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Place sliced onions in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Place roast on top of onions. Season with salt and pepper.

Whisk ketchup, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, and spices.

Pour sauce over the roast.

Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 4-5 hours.

Shred meat with two forks and toss with the sauce in the pot.
