Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/3 cup Sugar (for crust)
- 6 tbsp Butter, melted
- 3 cups Sweetened Condensed Milk (2 cans)
- 3/4 cup Key Lime Juice (fresh or bottled)
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Lime Zest
- Whipped Cream (for topping)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into pie dish.

Bake crust for 10 minutes. Cool slightly.

Whisk condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, and zest.

Pour into crust.

Bake for 15 minutes (filling should jiggle slightly but be set).
