Creamy Stove-Top Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper

Cook pasta in salted water. Drain.

In the same pot, melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in milk. Simmer until slightly thickened.

Remove from heat. Stir in spices and cheese until melted.

Fold in cooked pasta.
