Ingredients

  • 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 4 packages (32 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 large Eggs

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Wrap a springform pan in foil (for water bath).

    Mix crumbs and butter. Press into bottom of pan. Bake 10 mins. Cool.

    Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

    Mix in sour cream and vanilla.

    Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed (do not overbeat).

    Pour batter over crust.

    Place pan in a larger roasting pan with hot water (water bath).

    Bake for 60-75 minutes until center is just set but wobbly.
