Ingredients
- 1 box (8.5 oz) cornbread mix (plus ingredients on box)
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can (4 oz) mild green chilies (optional)
- Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9x13 pan.

Prepare cornbread batter. Pour into pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until set.

Poke holes all over the warm cornbread.

Top with cooked sausage and cheese.

Whisk eggs, milk, chilies, salt, and pepper. Pour over the top.
